Reports: Downloadable Business Data

Generate Inventory, Orders, Revenue, Customer, and Invoice reports and export them as CSV, Excel, or PDF for accounting, briefings, or your own spreadsheet analysis.

While Analytics is built for live exploration inside the dashboard, Reports is built for taking structured data with you — for accounting reconciliation, investor updates, staff briefings, or deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

Screen: go to Reports in the left nav (also reachable as the Reports tab inside Analytics).

What you can do here

  • Five report types: Inventory, Orders, Revenue, Customers, and Invoices.
  • Pick a date range with quick presets (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year) or custom dates.
  • Export in CSV, Excel, or PDF — with an option to include your store branding on the document.
  • Inventory is available on every plan; Orders, Revenue, and Customer reports require a plan with advanced analytics.

Choosing a date range

Above the report tabs, a date-range filter offers preset windows — Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year — plus custom from/to date pickers. Your plan sets the maximum window: the Free plan is capped at 7 days, and higher plans extend or remove that cap entirely. If you pick a preset longer than your plan allows, it's hidden from the picker rather than silently failing.

The five report tabs

TabWhat it shows
InventoryTotal products, active products, low-stock and out-of-stock counts, a low-stock table, and a stock breakdown by category
OrdersTotal orders, average order value, cancelled orders, and an orders/revenue trend chart with a status breakdown
RevenueGross revenue, net revenue, discounts, and refunds, with a revenue trend chart
CustomersTotal customers, new customers, active customers, and a top-customers table by orders and amount spent
InvoicesA filterable, selectable list of orders you can download invoices for

Note

On stores running BillionBiz's new dashboard layout, the Customers tab shows two extra sections below the top-customers table: an RFM Segmentation grid grouping customers into Champions, Loyal, At Risk, New, and Lost segments with a count for each, and a Cohort Retention table showing how well each month's new-customer cohort keeps buying in the months after their first order.

Note

Inventory is available on every plan, including Free (limited to a 7-day window). Orders, Revenue, and Customers require a plan with advanced analytics — on a plan without it, those tabs show an upgrade prompt instead of the report. See Pricing & Plans for what each tier unlocks.

The Invoices tab

The Invoices tab works a little differently from the other four — instead of a summary report, it gives you a filterable list of orders so you can pull the specific invoices you need.

Filter the order list

Narrow the list by order status, payment status, fulfilment status, a customer search, or a minimum order amount.

Select the orders you want

Check the orders you need invoices for, or use select-all for everything currently matching your filters.

Download

Click download to receive the invoices for your selected orders as a single file.

Exporting a report

Each report tab (except Invoices, which downloads directly) has an Export control with a format menu:

  • CSV — for import into any accounting or data tool.
  • Excel — for pivot tables and formula-based analysis.
  • PDF — formatted for sharing and printing.

A branding toggle lets you include your store's logo and details on the exported document. Each export format can itself be gated by plan — if a format isn't included in your plan, it shows a lock icon with the plan tier that unlocks it, rather than exporting a blank or broken file.

Export formats are plan-gated per format

Don't assume every format is available to every merchant. If a teammate reports a missing export option, check their store's plan before assuming it's a bug — the lock icon on the format menu tells you which tier unlocks it.
