Becoming a Seller (Vendor Sign-Up)
How to apply to sell on a marketplace-enabled BillionBiz store using the public vendor sign-up form.
Some BillionBiz stores run as marketplaces, letting outside sellers (vendors) list and sell their own products alongside the merchant's. If a store has this turned on, it publishes a public sign-up form for prospective sellers.
Note
Not every store is a marketplace. If you don't see a "Sell on this store" or "Become a seller" link anywhere on the site, the merchant hasn't enabled vendor sign-ups.
Applying to sell
Find the sign-up form
Look for a "Become a Seller" or "Sell with us" link, typically in the store's footer.
Fill in your business details
The form asks for:
| Field | Required |
|---|---|
| Business name | Yes |
| Yes | |
| First name | Yes |
| Last name | Yes |
| Contact phone | No (10 digits if provided) |
| Business type | No — Individual, Proprietorship, Private Limited, or LLP |
| Notes | No — anything else you want the merchant to know |
Submit your application
Submit the form. You'll see a confirmation screen showing the email address your application was submitted under.
What happens next
Your application goes to the merchant for review — approval isn't instant. The merchant's team evaluates vendor applications and reaches out (typically by email) with the outcome.
Tip
Once approved, a vendor gets their own seller tools — a vendor dashboard, product listings tied to their name, and their own order/shipment view — separate from what a regular customer sees on the storefront.
