Where to find a store's brand story, contact details, and its privacy, terms, refund, and shipping policies.
Every BillionBiz store publishes a set of informational pages independent of the product catalog — its story, how to reach the merchant, and its legal policies.
About Us
Go to About (usually linked from the footer or header). This page tells the merchant's story — content varies store to store, but commonly includes an origin story, the team behind the brand, company values, and a timeline of milestones. Merchants build this page from a set of composable story sections, so not every store shows every section.
Contact Us
Go to Contact. This page displays the store's contact details as configured by the merchant:
- Support email and phone number
- WhatsApp number, if the merchant has one listed
- Business address
- Business hours
- Social media links
Many stores also include a message form on this page — fill in your name, email, and message, then submit. What happens next depends on whether you're signed in:
- Signed in: your message becomes a support ticket tied to your account, visible under My Tickets, so you can track replies in one place.
- Not signed in: your message is sent directly to the merchant with no account required.
Either way, the page shows a real confirmation once your message is sent — or a clear error if it couldn't go through, so you know to try again or use the email/phone/WhatsApp details above instead.

Use the email, phone, or WhatsApp number shown on this page to reach the merchant directly. If you have an account, opening a support ticket is the other way to get help and keeps a record of the conversation.
Legal pages
Every store publishes four policy pages, each maintained by the merchant:

These are usually linked from the store's footer. Each shows a "last updated" date at the top so you can tell if the policy has changed recently.
