Activity Log

A chronological feed of every order, payment, shipment, and wallet event on your store, with quick filters and deep links into the record behind each entry.

The Activity Log is your day-to-day feed of what's happening across the commerce side of your store — a single scrolling timeline instead of checking Orders, Shipment, and Finance separately.

Screen: Extensions → Activity Log.

Activity Log vs. Audit Logs

Activity Log covers commerce events — orders, payments, refunds, shipments, returns, and wallet movements. For an attributable, tamper-aware record of administrative changes (who edited a setting, deleted a coupon, or signed in), see Audit Logs, which is restricted to the Super Admin.

Event types

Each entry in the feed is one of eight event types, colour-coded with its own icon:

Event typeWhat triggers it
Order CreatedA new order is placed
Payment CapturedA payment succeeds
Refund InitiatedA refund is started on an order
Shipment BookedA shipment is booked for an order
Return RequestedA customer requests a return
Wallet DebitMoney leaves your platform wallet
Wallet CreditMoney is added to your platform wallet
Status ChangedAn order's status changes

Every entry shows a primary line (what happened), an optional secondary line (extra detail), and a relative timestamp — hover the timestamp to see the exact date and time.

Filtering the feed

Use the toolbar above the feed to narrow it down:

  • Search — free-text search across the entries.
  • Event Type — filter to a single event type from the list above, or leave it on "All types."
  • Since — a date picker to show only events from a chosen date forward.

Jumping to the underlying record

If an entry has a linked record — an order, a shipment — clicking the row takes you straight to it, the same way a notification-centre alert deep-links into the relevant order or ticket rather than a generic inbox.

Loading more and refreshing

The feed loads 50 events at a time. Click Load more at the bottom to fetch the next page, or Refresh in the top right to pull the latest events from the top. A caption under the feed always shows how many events you're currently viewing out of the total.
