Audit Logs
A complete, tamper-aware history of every significant change in your account — who did it, what changed, and from where — with full before/after detail.
The Audit Logs screen is a complete, searchable history of every significant action taken in your account — who created a product, who updated an order, who deleted a coupon, who signed in, who exported data. This is a stricter and more detailed record than the day-to-day Activity Log.

Super Admin only
Audit Logs are visible only to the Owner/Super Admin account — not Store Admin or Staff. This access rule is enforced identically on both the classic and the new admin sidebar.
What each entry records
Every row shows the person's name and avatar, the type of action (create, update, delete, login, export), the affected entity, a short details line, the exact timestamp, and the IP address the action came from. Click View Details on any row to open a drawer with the full before/after comparison — every field that changed, its old value, and its new value side by side.

Use the Refresh button to pull the latest entries. Both sidebars let you clear an applied date filter: on the classic (default) sidebar, the date popover has a dedicated Clear button next to Apply; on the new admin sidebar, the date-range panel's custom-range section has its own Clear button that resets back to the default preset.
The table's Action, Entity, and Timestamp column headers are clickable to sort the list — click once to sort ascending, again to reverse. This works the same way on both the classic and the new admin sidebar.
Exporting
Clicking Export downloads a CSV of the currently filtered set to your browser, matching the filters (action, entity, date range) you have applied on screen. This works on both the classic and the new admin sidebar.
Retention
How far back your audit history goes depends on your subscription plan — a chip near the page title shows your current retention window in days. Higher plans keep a longer history. If audit logs aren't included in your plan at all, the screen shows an upgrade prompt instead of the log table.
