Quick Start — Ship Your First Order in 5 Minutes

Before you begin
Make sure you have a Shiprocket account — create one free at shiprocket.in if you don't.
Connect Shiprocket (2 minutes)
Go to Extensions → Plugins → Shiprocket. Enter your Shiprocket email and password. Click Test Connection — you should see a green "Connected" badge. Click Save.
Add your warehouse (1 minute)
Go to Shipment → Warehouses and click + Add Warehouse. Fill in your business name, full address, contact name, phone, and pincode. Click Save.
Find your order (10 seconds)
Go to Orders. Click on the order you want to ship.
Create the shipment (30 seconds)
Click + Create Shipment. Confirm the package weight. The platform queries Shiprocket and shows you available couriers with their prices. The cheapest is pre-selected. Click Create Shipment.
Your AWB number and shipping label are generated instantly.
Print the label (30 seconds)
Click Download Label on the order detail screen. Print it and stick it on the parcel.
Schedule pickup (1 minute)
Go to Shipment → Pickup Management. Select your warehouse, choose tomorrow's date and a time slot, enter the number of parcels, and click Schedule Pickup.
Hand the sealed, labelled parcel to the courier agent when they arrive. Done.
One-time tip
After your first shipment, go back to the Shiprocket plugin page and set your default package dimensions (typical box size) and enable Auto-Fulfillment if you want future orders to ship automatically with zero clicks.
