Pricing & Plans (Free / Premium / Enterprise)

Compare the Free, Premium, and Enterprise tiers feature by feature, and learn how to switch plans without surprises.

BillionBiz has three plans. Every step up unlocks more features and raises your usage limits — a lower plan is a perfectly capable place to start, and you only pay for what your store actually needs as it grows.

How plans work

  • Plans control two things: features (on/off capabilities like coupons or audit logs) and limits (caps like your product count or monthly emails).
  • Nothing is ever deleted when you hit a limit — BillionBiz just stops you from adding more and invites you to upgrade.
  • You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan; upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the time left in your current cycle.

What happens when you hit a limit

Your data is always safe

Reaching a limit never deletes anything. BillionBiz simply stops you from adding more of that resource — for example, you can't list an 11th product on Free — and shows you a prompt to upgrade. Everything you already have keeps working normally.

On the Settings → Billing & Plan → Plan Usage tab, every tracked resource (Products, Users, Coupons, Monthly Orders, Emails, and others) shows as a progress bar against your plan's allowance:

  • At 80% of a limit, a yellow warning appears so you have time to plan ahead.
  • At 100%, a red alert appears with a direct Upgrade button.
  • Truly unlimited resources on your plan show as "X / Unlimited".

Choosing or changing your plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Plan to review and switch plans. The process shows you every number before you confirm anything.

Open the plan chooser

On the Billing & Plan screen, click View Plans. A dialog lists every available plan.

Choose monthly or annual billing

Annual billing is cheaper per month. BillionBiz shows the effective monthly cost alongside the full annual amount so the saving is clear.

Pick your plan

Each option is labelled Upgrade, Downgrade, or Current relative to your plan today, with prices shown for your chosen billing cycle.

Review the Switch Summary

Before you pay anything, BillionBiz calculates proration: credit for unused time on your current plan, any existing account credit, the new plan's price, and the exact amount due today. If the math results in excess credit, it stays on your account and reduces your next renewal.

Pay securely

Payments run through Razorpay — debit or credit card, UPI, or net banking. You can save a card so future renewals happen automatically.

Your plan switches the moment payment is confirmed, and new features and limits are available right away.

Looking for an upgrade button on another screen?

Some screens elsewhere in the Admin Panel (like Settings → Preferences) show a locked-feature badge for capabilities above your current plan, but that badge is informational only — it isn't a clickable upgrade shortcut everywhere it appears. To actually change your plan, go to Settings → Billing & Plan.

What happens on downgrade

If you move to a lower-tier plan and your current usage exceeds what that plan allows, BillionBiz shows a Downgrade Impact screen before the switch completes. It lists every limit you would exceed — for example, 800 products against a plan that allows 500. You must acknowledge the impact before continuing.

Your data is never deleted on a downgrade. The extra items (products beyond the new limit, for example) simply become locked and inactive. If you upgrade again later, they are restored immediately.
